Tropical & enchanting Green Island is an idyllic coral cay on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef where you spend 2 hours viewing the coral reef and fish life, relaxing on the white sandy beach and exploring the walking tracks that lead through the National Park.
A half day reef cruise departing Cairns at 1.00pm allows 2 hours on Green Island and arrives back in Cairns at 5.00pm.
"Reef Rocket" is a modern comfortable air-conditioned high speed catamaran with a relaxed atmosphere.
Travel time to Green Island is 45 minutes from Cairns.
Passengers can take part in the many activities available or simply relax on the beach. included is snorkel equipment hire or a glass bottom boat tour, or pay a little extra and do both.
On the way to Green Island you will receive a snorkelling demonstration and reef presentation so you can 'dive' right in when you arrive.

Cruises depart from Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence Street, Cairns. Passengers making their own way should check in there by 12.30pm.
If you require pickups from Cairns or Cairns' Beaches please ensure you select the optional transfer when making your booking.
Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towel, shirt to swim in (slip, slop, slap) cash or credit card for snorkel deposit, cash for drinks and snacks and souvenirs are available for sale on board.
