A big day out with the highlight being the penguin parade but there is more to the day! Interact with our wildlife, feed wallabies, cuddle koalas, watch sheep being sheared to name a few.

On this huge day tour, you’ll visit Phillip Island to experience the amazing Penguin Parade, as well as seeing a number of other amazing Aussie animals and scenic sites in some of Melbourne’s most beautiful locations.
With a 9:45am - 10:45am departure, you’ll be picked up from your Melbourne accommodation and travel to beautiful Phillip Island in a comfortable coach. You’ll first visit an amazing sanctuary and wildlife park for some up-close interactions with some of Australia’s most popular wildlife, including hand feeding kangaroos and wallabies, a cuddle and a photo with a koala, as well as seeing dingoes, wombats and other amazing native creatures (small fee applies). Enjoy a delicious lunch at the sanctuary while you admire the tranquil scenery.
Next, you’ll visit the historic Churchill Island to enjoy an amazing sheep shearing display. You’ll then have the chance to interact with some cute and cuddly koalas at a koala conservation park. Here, you’ll spot koalas in their natural habitat and have yet another chance of photographing one of these adorable Aussie icons.
At Cape Woolamai surf beach, you’ll be able to dip your toes in the surf and see the beautiful scenery at Nobbies and Seal Rocks. Then, you’ll arrive at Penguin Parade, where you can explore the Penguin Parade Information Centre to learn about Phillip Island’s favourite inhabitants. Then, it’s time to experience the main highlight of the day…
With Victoria’s largest Little Penguin colony, you’ll be able to watch in awe as these fascinating sea birds make their way up the beach from the sea and nestle down into their sand dune burrows. While you coo over the entertaining antics of the Little Penguins, you’ll also get to experience the golden hues as sunset creates canvas of wonder across the Island landscape. After this fun-filled day, you’ll be returned to your Melbourne accommodation at between 10 pm and midnight.

Please bring adequate clothing due to cool conditions in winter, in summer please bring your swimming gear if time permits.

Child rates apply for ages 0 to 15 years of age inclusive. Due to the duration of the tour we do not advise taking children under the age of 4. No refunds will be issued on day of travel for failure to declare infants. No prams or strollers permitted.
We are able to provide an infant seat (0-3 years) or a child booster seat (4-8 years) free of charge. Please note we have only a limited number available each day and they must be pre-booked.
